Nous vous suggérons d’utiliser de la confiture de framboise, mais j’imagine que vous pourriez remplacer celle de votre choix par une saveur différente. Ce gâteau présente une belle chapelure croustillante et, avec la couche de confiture, il fait une jolie présentation.Dans Gourmet Magazine, décembre 2007.

Préparation

  1. Saupoudrer les miettes en gros morceaux sur le dessus de la pâte.
  2. Préchauffez le four à 200 degrés et placez la grille au centre du four.
  3. Beurrer généreusement un moule à gâteau carré ou rond de 9 ".
  4. Dans un bol, mélanger la farine, le sucre, la poudre à pâte et le sel.
  5. Dans un grand bol, mélanger le beurre, le lait et l'œuf; incorporer ensuite le mélange de farine jusqu'à l'obtention d'un mélange homogène.
  6. Verser la pâte dans le moule à gâteau.
  7. Confiture de poupée sur toute la surface, puis tourbillonnez dans la pâte avec une cuillère.
  8. Pour faire de la chapelure:
  9. Fouettez ensemble les beurres, les sucres, la cannelle et le sel jusqu'à l'obtention d'un mélange lisse.
  10. Incorporer la farine, puis mélanger du bout des doigts jusqu'à incorporation.
  11. Sprinkle crumbs in large clumps over the top of batter.
  12. Cuire le gâteau jusqu'à ce qu'un pic en bois inséré au centre en ressorte propre et que le côté commence à se détacher du moule, environ 25 minutes.
  13. Laisser refroidir dans un moule sur une grille pendant 5 minutes avant de servir.
