Ingredients: 4 demi-poitrines de poulet sans peau et désossées (170 grammes chacune); 1/2 cuillère à café de poivre; 1/4 cuillère à café de sel; 3 cuillères à café d'huile de canola, divisées; 1 grosse racine de céleri, pelée et hachée (environ Un bol d'une capacité de 3/4 litre contenant); Un bol d'une capacité de 1/2 litre contenant de la courge musquée épluchée et hachée; 1 small onion, chopped; 2 gousses d'ail émincées; 170 litres de jus de pomme non sucré

Saupoudrer le poulet de poivre et de sel.Dans une grande poêle antiadhésive enduite d'un aérosol de cuisson, faire chauffer 2 cuillères à thé d'huile à feu moyen.Rouler le poulet brun des deux côtés.
Dans le même poêlon, chauffer le reste de l'huile à feu moyen-vif. Ajouter le céleri-rave, la courge et l'oignon; cuire et remuer jusqu'à ce que la courge soit croustillante. Ajouter l'ail; cuire 1 minute de plus.
Remettre le poulet dans la casserole. ajoutez le jus de pomme. Porter à ébullition. Baisser la température; laisser mijoter à couvert 12-15 minutes ou jusqu'à ce qu'un thermomètre inséré dans le poulet indique 165 °.
Enlever le poulet; Garder au chaud.Mélanger légèrement les légumes.Procéder au robot culinaire jusqu'à consistance lisse.Retourner dans une casserole et réchauffer.Servir avec du poulet.
