Ingredients: 1/4 litre d'eau; huile d'olive pulvérisée; 2 cuillères à soupe de mélasse; sel; Un bol d'une capacité de 3/4 litre contenant de la farine; Une tasse d'une contenance de 80 ml contenant des flocons d'avoine; 2 cuillères à café de levure; 1 cuillère à soupe de cumin ou 1 cuillère à soupe de graines de cumin; Une tasse d'une capacité de 130 ml contenant des graines de chanvre; Une tasse d'une capacité de 60 ml contenant du fromage râpé; 2 gousses d'ail tranchées; huile d'olive pulvérisée; sel; poivre

Ce pain dégage une odeur très parfumée lors de la cuisson au four.Il est cuit à plat mais s'élèvera juste assez pour que vous puissiez le diviser horizontalement et en faire un sandwich.Le gruau le rend un peu sain.La recette a été construite sur ma recette pour le pain à la mélasse à l'avoine.Si vous n'avez pas de vaporisateur d'huile, utilisez un pinceau ou vos doigts pour étendre l'huile d'olive sur le dessus avant la cuisson.Cette recette est destinée à être faite avec une machine à pain.Le temps de préparation comprend le temps de mélange la machine à pain, au repos, etc.

Mélanger la pâte en utilisant le cycle de préparation de la pâte sur la machine à pain.
