Avant de commencer, combinez la farine de riz blanc, la farine de riz brun, la gomme xanthane et le sel.Mélanger très bien.Les farines doivent être complètement combinées.

Combinez la gélatine, le sucre, le substitut d'œuf, le lait en poudre, les œufs battus, le vinaigre et l'huile. Battez jusqu'à ce que bien combiné.

Combinez le mélange de farine, le mélange d’œufs et la levure et battez bien. Un mélange à fond plat convient le mieux. Ajoutez de l’eau tiède à la pâte si le mélange est à sec.

Verser dans un moule à pain graissé de 23 x 13 cm et laisser lever encore chaud. Placer au four préchauffé à 160 ° C (165 ° C) jusqu'à ce que la croûte soit brun clair à moyen. Refroidir pendant dix minutes puis à température ambiante en dehors de la casserole avant de trancher.
