Le chou est un défi pour moi, j'aime ça, mais j'aime bien trouver de nouvelles façons de le réparer. Cette recette était dans un vieux livre de recettes que j'avais depuis des années, mais j'ai juste essayé cette recette hier soir. , donc je le partage.

Ingrédients

Préparation

mettre le chou, les carottes, l'oignon, le sel et le poivre dans une sauteuse.
Verser le bouillon de poulet chaud sur les légumes, ajouter plus d'eau au besoin.
Couvrir et porter à ébullition, puis réduire le feu pour laisser mijoter.
Laisser mijoter jusqu'à ce que les légumes soient tendres (je cuisine les miens environ 45 minutes, mais cela dépend de la façon dont vous aimez votre chou).
Faire fondre le beurre dans une petite casserole. Incorporer les noix de pécan et la moutarde.
Mélanger pour bien enrober.
Transférer les légumes dans un plat de service, garnir du mélange de beurre et de pacanes, puis saupoudrer de paprika.Profitez.
