Casserole de courgettes / fromage cottage
Une façon chaleureuse et satisfaisante d’utiliser certaines des piles de courgettes qui se trouvent au moment de la récolte. Je ne sais pas où mon mari a obtenu cette recette, mais c’est une bonne recette.

Préparation

Faire sauter les courgettes et les oignons dans l'huile d'olive, puis réserver.

Mélangez le fromage cottage, les œufs, le riz, le sel et le poivre.

Couche le mélange de courgettes/oignons et le mélange de fromage cottage dans un plat à gratin graissé.

Mélanger la chapelure et le parmesan, puis saupoudrer sur la cocotte.

Arroser le beurre fondu sur le tout.

Cuire au four pendant 40 minutes à 350 F.
