Soupe de pommes de terre, poireaux et ail rôti
Un soir, je regardais Emeril et il m'a préparé une soupe à l'ail.J'ai fait la soupe à l'ail et je l'ai appréciée, mais j'ai décidé que je préfèrerais y ajouter quelque chose plutôt que de devoir mettre du pain dans la soupe pour lui donner l'impression d'avoir de la substance. Ainsi, j'ai pris ce que je savais de la soupe à l'ail et j'ai pris ce que je savais de la soupe aux poireaux et je les ai brisées ensemble.

Presser l'ail grillé des gousses de la tête/du girofle et le déposer dans le faitout avec la soupe.Fait écraser les gros morceaux.Amener la soupe à ébullition.

Baissez le feu pour laisser mijoter jusqu'à ce que les pommes de terre soient tendres.Salez et poivrez au goût.Ajoutez toutes les autres herbes ou épices à ce moment-là (le thym est toujours délicieux avec du bouillon de poulet).
